Editorial Policy

Mission Editorial Policy

All newspapers need a statement of purpose, a clearly defined Editorial Policy. Ours is quite simple. We want to provide a community events platform for all clubs, organizations and businesses located in the Foothills area of the San Gabriel Mountains. We are a product of the community that depends on volunteer writers and staff to cover our local events.  Applications are available for induction to our Editorial Board, and community members are welcome to apply. Materials submitted are subject to editing to conform to space limitations. Articles submitted under a byline will never have the content or intent modified to change the original intent of the material. The Foothills Paper is a weekly publication until we are able to publish on a daily basis.  All rights and content are copywrited and belong to The Foothills Paper Inc.
